Overhauling the Woolworths customer loyalty program.


Woolworths tasked The Works with relaunching its customer loyalty program. Now called Woolworths Rewards, we developed a communications strategy to ensure the new value proposition was made as simple and compelling as possible. We were also responsible for developing a completely new Woolworths Rewards brand identity, including the design and reissue of 7 million Membership Card plus web design, content creation and internal communications for what is Australia’s biggest loyalty rewards program.
